Thanksgiving

So I'm a little slow posting about Thanksgiving, but we had a wonderful visit to my mom's cousins. Actually, this was the year to have the gym rented out and so we enjoyed  the freedom of allowing the kids to run around. My entire family was there plus my mom's cousins and their families and my mom's uncle and some of his kids and grandkids came all the way from Colorado. The big boys played basketball and the kids ran races, played soccer, threw balls at a sleeping Papa, and just ran wild.

Here are a couple of art projects the kids brought home from school for Thanksgiving...

Hailey's cornucopia says... I am thankful for Jesus, familely [sic], housu [sic], friend, dad, food, school, mom, beds, granparens [sic], pets, church, drincs [sic].

And Micah's project was so big, I had to scan it in three separate places.

He is starting to get the general shape of his letters :)
