It was a low key Memorial Day weekend for us. We went to Papa's house on Sunday and spent the night. Monday we hung out and let the kids play. It was rainy so they were feeling a bit cooped up. I made them some chalk paint for outside just as the skies opened up and the rain fell. They were content to paint on the front porch until a huge thunderclap chased them all in.
We captured a few pictures of all six grandkids.
And of course everyone needed a turn holding Rory.
We returned home on Monday to a 25 hour power outage due to the strength of the storms that passed through while we were away. Micah told us we should have stayed at Papa's one more night.
