Happy 3rd Birthday Mariana!

Today Mari turns three! It is really unbelievable...I'm pretty sure we skipped a year in there, it just doesn't seem possible. But here we are.

So here are some current Mari facts...
She likes Minnie Mouse and Doc McStuffins. She enjoys playing with our doll house and cooking pretend meals in the play kitchen. She loves to read in bed just like her big sister. She is miss independent and wants to do everything the big kids do - by herself. Her fashion sense trends from dress-up to mix and match and wants to wear fancy shoes with everything. She loves Sadie immensely but has had some struggle with adjusting from youngest to middle child. We have experienced a bit of potty training regression. She still sings a lot and thanks God for Sunday School at almost every prayer time. She has learned to say the 2nd meal prayer that my Grandma K. always used. "We thank you God for all this food, for life, for health, and every good. Amen." She is excited to start school next year.

We had her birthday party over the weekend in a weekend long party session beginning on Saturday with Charlie's first birthday, then Sunday we celebrated Sadie's Baptism and Mari's birthday. It was fun!

Mari's godmother makes delicious cupcakes, so we asked her to make some for the birthday party. She made raspberry filled and salted caramel. They were so good, I can't even explain.

Mari had a blast opening presents. She kept declaring everything as "mine" and gushed over each gift.
