I have neglected to talk about Mother's Day on my blog. I had hoped to take a few pictures, but it didn't happen. Hailey was so excited about the Mother's Day gift she had made for me at school. She could hardly wait for Mother's Day. So first thing she came bounding into my room with her gift. It was a tea party set, complete with Styrofoam cups, napkins, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies for two. We had our tea party the next day and it was so much fun. Micah was a little jealous, so I had to have a tea party with him on Tuesday.
Anyway, back to Mother's Day. Since Matt was busy all day (I call Sundays, "Single Mom Sunday"), we decided to go to my mom and dad's house for the day. We enjoyed a cookout and time together with my parents and my sister and her family. Aside from the driving and shrieking passengers (I have no idea what they were doing, I just know it was loud), it was a great day.
