30 Days of Thanksgiving: Day 20

Tonight I'm thankful for technology. It is certainly a gift that must be used with care, but I appreciate being connected to family and friends via social media. It is a blessing to be in touch with people I would have otherwise been apart from. Internet and computer technology have provided a means by which the support and encouragement of others has been shared. I enjoy having new recipes at my fingertips (I'm testing two new ones on my Mothers' Hour friends tomorrow.) It has been both heartbreaking and incredible to see the tornado damage and the community coming together to move forward together. I know there are many downfalls to this "connected" society, but I am thankful for the many positive aspects in my life.
