Today I am thankful for the blessing of my children's good health and
for their caring and competent doctors and nurses. Micah had his well
child visit today and everything went just fine, but it reminded me of
the roller coaster we went on a year ago when his pediatrician
discovered his heart murmur. Micah was eventually diagnosed with a
congenital heart defect. We praise God that it isn't more serious and
only requires annual monitoring at this time. Please keep us in your
prayers as we return to his cardiologist for his first annual checkup in
early December.
