This week my husband found a great deal on strawberries so I found myself looking for something fun to do with some of them. I decided to make a Strawberry Brownie Pizza. I turned out pretty good and the kids were super excited to try it. Although I couldn't convince Hailey to try the strawberries. Micah did eat some of the brownie, which really surprised me. It was a nice treat in the middle of a long week.
Strawberry Brownie Pizza
1 9x13 box of brownies
ingredients to make brownies
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
strawberries
parchment paper
I bake the pizza on my Pampered Chef large round stone. Cut a circle of parchment paper to fit. Then mix up the brownies and pour and spread on the parchment paper covered stone. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes or until set. Allow to cool.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and spreadable. Spread on brownie. Slice strawberries and arrange on top. Slice and serve.
