Thankful Thursday

In honor of Thanksgiving, I am going to try doing a "Thankful Thursday" post each Thursday in November.

Today I am thankful for my family...

...my mom and dad and Matt's mom and dad who have been an amazing support system. They are the first people I want to share with; the good and the bad.

...my sisters, sister-in-laws, and their families. I love when we are able to spend time together, I love that our kids are growing up together, and I love that y'all love my kids. It feels like such a wonderful community when we are together.

...my kiddos; my crazy kiddos. Last night you made my week! Hailey asked if they could keep a rabbit if they were able to catch one; so I said, "sure!" I know it was mean...the chances of them actually catching a rabbit are slim to none. Hailey and Micah then began plotting and planning how they were going to catch a bunny and where they were going to keep it once they had it. They donned their bike helmets and were armed with nets, plastic rackets, rope, and carrots. Sadly they were unsuccessful last night, but they have vowed to come up with a new plan. I loved every minute of it, and was so thankful to see them getting along and being so creative. In fact Micah slept over in Hailey's (and Mari's) room for the second night in a row (the first was out of necessity). I'm so thankful to have sweet Mari. She adores her brother and sister and they adore her.

...my hubby; he's the best. I couldn't do this without him and I wouldn't want to. He makes my life fantastic! I feel so blessed and I thank God for all of the wonderful people and family that are in my life.
