Stuck in the Middle

So I have been noticing for a couple of weeks that I have blogged the least about my sweet little boy. He is lost in the middle right now - Hailey is doing all sorts of new things at school and Mari is doing all sorts of baby milestones. The challenge of being a middle child.

Micah will turn three later this month and we are already experiencing a bit of three-year-old angst. He is definitely pushing boundaries which often means tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants. Thankfully most of these meltdowns happen at home and not when we are out in public.

That being said he loves to help me make bread, wash dishes, and move laundry. He is absolutely wonderful with Mari. He is showing more interest in drawing. Matt and Micah have been playing baseball; Micah loves to try and hit the ball. Swinging is another favorite activity. He talks almost nonstop and often about his "other mom" and now his "other house." It definitely makes me laugh. So don't worry little boy - I'm noticing you and loving the big boy you are becoming.
