Actually she was a big fan! She cleaned out her bowl and didn't seem to have any trouble with it at all. She kept looking at me like, "man mom, you've been holding out on me; this is good!" So hopefully future feeding sessions and new foods will go over as easily.
I'm excited to cross a milestone, but dreading it at the same time because now it means I'm going to have to start making her food soon and then bringing it everywhere we go. I appreciate the simplicity of exclusive nursing, but she's growing up. She's such a sweetheart and that grin gets me everytime.
